For digital, “real” means the consumer flows effortlessly through an experience—achieving their goal, and maybe feeling all-the-more delighted. It’s the magic sweet spot where rigid 1s and 0s come to life in a beautiful intuitive design built on a foundation of user needs, business goals, and data. (Who doesn’t love a little abracadabra?) The beauty of “real” is that all of that effort is almost imperceptible to the consumer. What’s tangible is the satisfaction created and enhanced connection and loyalty to a brand.
